As an experienced mortgage loan originator and branch manager, David offers a broad range of financing options, including Conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA loans. He also specializes in Non-QM financing, including DSCR loans for real estate investors and other flexible lending solutions for borrowers whose needs may not fit traditional lending guidelines.
